Often times, lots of food is leftover from Thanksgiving dinner.  Now, these leftovers can be transformed into a whole new dish

Try this mashed potato pizza!

  • 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream (topping)
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 (14 oz) package of thawed frozen pizza dough
  • 1 cup prepared mashed potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook bacon in a large deep skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  3. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  4. Spread the pizza dough out on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Spread mashed potatoes over the dough, leaving a small crust on the outside if you want. .
  6. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon evenly on the potatoes.
  7. Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice into wedges and top each one with a small dollop of sour cream.
  9. Enjoy!
